Audio issues: Plex sound low, Infuse sound loud AC3 5.1

Having an issue. Through plex on my plex app, whenever I play AC3 5.1 or EAC3 5.1 the sound is really low. Let’s say my relative listening volume is around 20, I have to crank it up to above 30. But, when using plex through infuse and I play the same files and it sounds great. Sound level can be left at my normal ~20.

Why could this be?

Vizio p series, sonos 5.1 system.

Sounds like a Plex App issue

It sounds like there might be an “Attenuate Loud Sounds” setting on Plex that may be on.

I’d say it isn’t a Infuse issue. If you’re having to only change when using the Plex App and Infuse is normal then maybe you’d get better response asking on the Plex forum.
