Home movie posters not showing correctly on Apple TV or iPad

Hi,

I’m very new to Infuse only having set it up a couple of days ago. I’ve come from Plex and am slowly getting up to speed with Infuse.

I have a bunch of my own video files running on an Emby server which I access with Infuse on my Apple TV. For most of the files, the posters show correctly (an automatic screen cap from the video). But some of the videos either show a ticket icon or a white rectangle. I’ve included a photo of what I see.

Why is this happening, and how do I fix it?

After a little more digging it seems as if the movies with the ticket as a poster are not playable (even in Emby) so I’ll have to work out why,

The movies with the white posters are playable so I still need help with these ones please.

The white posters may also be a screen capture from the video.

If you want to avoid this, you may try adding artwork manually for these items in Emby.

Ah yes they are white in Emby too. Will have to look to fix the issue there.
