hello folks, after upgrade my apple tv 4k to tvOS 17, any Dolby Vision video will show as HDR in the metadata page instead of showing DV, and will play in HDR instead of DV…
I’m pretty sure this is not because of the file itself, because there are some files that can play and shown as DV when my tvOS was 16 back in like months ago, but now, nothing can be tag or played as DV, so weird.
I even tried reset the whole apple tv today, also not working.
and it’s not the problems of TV or HDMI cable, because when I play apple’s own videos in apple tv app, it plays in DV flawlessly.
haven’t you have this problems? does anyone know how to fix that?
