XBMC Could not download information. Unable to connect to remote server

XBMC: 10.1 Dharma & 11.0 Eden

Error: “Could not download information. Unable to connect to remote server”

 

I have been getting this error for a week now. I have added a few new movies but every time I try retrieve the movie’s info (cover art, cast, etc.), this error keeps coming up. I have tried it on both XMBC 10 and 11 but no luck.

It has been 5 months and I still have this problem. Everyone is passing the responsibility.

Firecore is saying it’s a XBMC problem and XBMC is saying its a Firecore/ATV issue.

Anyone?
