XBMC ATV2 (black) user data backup

Hi,

before start a new jailbreak to have the untethered version, can you explain how can I have a backup user data/profile of XBMC for ATV2? what are the user data folder file who must keep before reinstalling firmware?

I use ftp conection with cyberduck.
