Trying to set up for streaming. When editing Share, what Username do I use?

With Windows 8, it shows my full name and a Microsoft.

I’ve tried both with my Windows password, Microsoft email password and my pin number.

Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Every time I test the connection, it fails.
All sharing options are enabled on the PC and set to everyone.

I just keep getting Permission Denied 13.
Also tried editing my credentials on the PC.

username
username@outlook.com

I’ve tried them all and nothing. It’s been over 6 months and I gave up. Now I need to figure it out.
