If the filename includes language tags, will Infuse fetch the metadata based on those tags? For instance, adding “.CN” or “.JP” will get Chinese or Japanese metadata, even if the global metadata language setting is different.
I think subtitles might be the only file type that supports language flags

Nope, as @munpip214 said, the only files that honor language are subtitles.
