Wider boxes for media version selection on AppleTV

When the Choose Version box pops up, I have to wait for the text to fully scroll from left to right to see which selection is which version. The media file names I have are long and it’s a pain having to hover over each version and wait for it to go fully from left to right so I know which one it is.

Holy cow i cant believe you havent had any comments at all regarding this. Noted this myself last night thinking how wide the screen is and how teeny tiny the selection box was and yes having to wait for the text to scroll across. Come on Infuse devs please make the select version box bigger

If connected to Emby, perhaps a button to switch video versions should be added, and the detailed video card displayed in Emby should also be shown in Infuse. This would be the ultimate solution, allowing you to clearly see the differences between each version.

There must be a better way to represent the files names, or even something like the bitrate, size, 4K or non 4K.
hoping for an update soon.

Don’t forget that you need to click the like button on the first post in this thread to show your support for this suggestion!

Could not agree more - very odd choice for what usually is great UI design. Either making the box way way wider or having ones next to it that show bitrate/audio codec/resolution.

Would also love to be able to set “auto select highest quality” for TV shows but still manually pick movies. (Or at least have a button where I can manually select even if I have it set on auto)
