Why does an old season, which is completely viewed (see orange bar) keep showing in the top shelf? As you can see, I am two seasons further…
There may be one episode that isn’t quite finished and that would keep the season as showing in progress. You may be able to scroll through the episodes and see which one is not quite finished and just mark that one as watched. If not, try going through the episodes in that season and toggle each one first unwatched then watched. That should clear that season.
I had a few do that a while back and it was on episodes that I had bailed out before the credits got started and it took a while to notice what happened.
Not the case. They all have been marked watched. I checked that first.
Did you try going through each episode in that season and toggling the watched status?
One other thing, you may want to try is do a search on your server for Parks and Recreations S05 (without episode) and see if somehow you have a duplicate episode that got placed in the wrong directory.
Yesterday I had a season that was full watched but didn’t clear itself from the watching list which I haven’t seen before, so maybe a small gremlin has crept in.
That could very well be. Maybe best to include the Infuse version that both you and the OP are using just to make sure everyone is on the same one.
Every episode has a watched status. I may hope infuse is correct in marking them so.
No offense but my library is well organized and doesn’t contain duplicates or orphans.
Most recent update of version 6.
I know it’s a pain, but if you could try toggling the watched status on that season? Just to eliminate a missed episode. I appreciate it. ![]()
Could you please provide the full version number of Infuse? There has been a release in the last couple of days and trying to narrow down the possibilities.
I’m on 6.3.3.
The latest is 6.3.3. And that’s my version too
Thanks! Do you by any chance recall if this problem was present in 6.3.2 or did you just notice it since the update?
The Up Next List (top area) is actually comprised of both in progress and recently added items. So, season 5 may be classified as recently added and will appear there…even though it is fully watched.
If you prefer to have this list contain only in progress items, you can adjust the ‘Up Next List’ option found in Settings > General.
In my case the Up Next list was set to “Watching only". However I have seen this problem only once; the only reason I noticed it was because I had to take active action to make it disappear from the watching list even though the progress & watched indicators said the season was all watched.
It has occurred to me that it is possible that a watched episode was replaced by a “better” version with a slightly different file name after it was watched. I wonder if that could have caused the glitch in my case.
Set it to watching only, then season 7 is added (watching right now) but season 5 is still there… so that doesn’t work either ![]()
And I thought I mark it as unwatched. But there isn’t a way to mark it as watched… great! ![]()
Try …
Search → Playlists → To watch
Swipe left on item you want to remove and then select the playlist icon.
You should then be able to untick the To watch playlist to remove it from that list.
I have 2 playlists “to watch”, one with all my movies and one with just one movie. No tv shows.
I found that there are season 5 episodes were saved locally. I deleted those and now I do not see season 5 in the shelf thing.
That proves my earlier point that downloaded episodes suck in infuse 6. I watched them all (elsewhere) but the downloads were unwatched. And triggered the shelf items?!
