When trying to scrub we see video timestamp but when its greyed out image it should still show time above it

scrubbing image takes a while to show when streaming online so having time stamp by hovering the mouse should help to scrub directly as scrubbing could end up a bit ahead or behind as mouse moves when we stop holding click
