When playing Dolby video and scrubbing the progress bar to a specific time point, it always lags by 3 seconds. This happens even if the video is already cached. Also, when the video is cached and you first scrub to a cached position, it will stutter for a few seconds, but subsequent scrubbing won’t have this stutter. This issue has been around for several years.
This issue only occurs in Dolby Vision, no such problem in HDR or SDR.
