What’s happening cuts off streaming after 5mins.

Hi,
This has only started recently happening.in the last week. I’ve been using infuse for years and have never had this problem. I’m sharing my media from my MacBook. The library is there all working. I go to play a tv show it plays for approximately 5mins then it cuts off and skips to the next file. I thought maybe it was the type of file so downloaded another version but the same thing. My app is up to date.

What’s happening??

This is embarrassing I was still using infuse 4 on my Apple TV. I had no idea that 5 was out. I have downloaded the new app and it’s working fine now. I don’t know why I wasn’t notified about the new app when I am using the pro version. Why are you going to charge ppl subscription fees for version 6 ?

Here’s the info on upgrading from 4 to 5 both with either a single version update to only 5 or a subscription that as long as you keep it current is good for all future versions like 6, 7, etc.

InFuse 5 was not an automatic upgrade from v4. It was a new app that had to be paid for.

not sure what you are saying here? If you opted for the subscription option with inFuse 5 to get Pro features then the upgrade to v6 is included. If you opted for the non-subscription version of inFuse Pro 5 then v6 will be a chargeable upgrade.
