Volume amplifier

Hi!

I’ve seen this feature in several players on the App Store. Not sure how hard it is to implement.

Is it in the works or will be? The number of amplification is generally to 400% (perhaps this is what AC3 supports)

Some DVD movies are simply way too quiet even on full volume. Way lower than playing them back on a MacBook even at 50% volume. I’m using headphones too, so that’s not the issue.
