I purchased Infuse 5 for may apple tv gen 4, my NAS shares are found, I can browse the folders on the nas and see the video files, but not a single video will actually play. When I click on the video it does absolutely nothing.
What is going on!?!
It sounds like you may be stuck at the Favorites selection screen.
This screen is actually only designed for selecting Favorites. Favorites are what are shown in the main menu, and how you would actually access the video files. To select a favorite, highlight a particular folder and hold the touch pad button until the popup appears.
Once a Favorite has been added, you can browse your share through the main menu to play files.
