Hello,

I have several videos in H264 and Dolby Digital sound that have suddenly become unreadable. They jerk a lot.
The same videos could be read just a few weeks ago.

An update Infuse or apple?

Are other people experiencing this problem? I have not seen anything like this on the forum.

Is this happening with all videos, or just a few?

If you’re able to send in a report from your device it might help us track down what’s going on.
