Doesn’t always happen but my video will just randomly freeze well into a TV show just recently out of a 42 minute show it froze at 38 minutes and stared buffering. Then I couldn’t move it back 10 seconds. I tried moving it forward and finally it started playing but then when I went backwards, it won’t play. I had to close out of it and reopen it. On the Apple TV that this is happening to report a problem and tells me to send this code 1D9XN. I don’t know if it’s the video itself or if there’s something that needs updated
