Welcome to the forum!

Have you seen the user guide here? Streaming Away From Home – Firecore

It may help.

Have you added all the required ports to Your router to ensure WebDAV is available externally?

Also, any reason why you’re using WebDAV and not plex on your synology? Plex is a little easier to setup for remote access.

Because using infuse by webdav is faster than plex

I did all steps but didnt connect

Any one can give me the steps clearly? Please

Does it work internally? If it works internally but fails externally then it’s a firewall issue on your router. Make sure the ports are opened and forwarding to your synology NAS.

I will try to do it thank you ,

I’ll ask again, did you try the steps in the users guide I linked you to?

It has Synology specific instructions along with links to Synologys website on how to set it up.

Yes i did all the steps exactly… but

What should i write on (path) in infuse?

Hi, I am stuck in the same place, what to write in the path: when adding “other” share on iOS App. Thanks.

Me tooooo! I do not have static ipv4 address, but I can definitely access my nas through ipv6 address - in other apps! But when I tried to connect to my nas in infuse using WebDAV(http/https), never can I reach the nas(with local ipv4 address I can). How come such thing happens! I thought ipv6 is totally supported by infuse already!

One possible factor is my SSL certificate being not accepted by infuse, but some other apps can connect flawlessly. I don’t understand why.

This very well could be your issue. You might want to try http per this post

Beware of opening up your Synology NAS to the internet using standard ports: right now there are a lot of ransomware attacks.
If you can’t do a reverse proxy (needs docker) at least implement the basic security safeguards: disable the default admin account, block IPs after a few failed logins, block non local countries, etc.
Also using Plex for external access can improve security (using 2-factor authentication).

It looks like some problems with ipv6 in infuse. Expect this problem can be fixed next version.
