Username / password not working despite being correct

Hi there,

I’ve got Infuse Pro on my Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, and they’re all connected to my Mac. It works perfectly on my phone and tablet but it isn’t working with the Apple TV. It keeps telling me that my username and password are incorrect even though those are correct. It’s very frustrating, it’s the one device I want it for.

I’ve tried searching other threads but the one that did mention the same problem didn’t have a solution.

Check to make sure the Mac has Windows File Sharing turned on.

I am having the same issue. SMB has to be on, so that’s not the issue. The files are on a Mac server. I can access from my Mac, iPhone and iPad but not on either of my AppleTVs. Gives me that username and password error.
