very strangely, im trying to setup infuse on an Apple TV. using macOS sequoia. I created a sharing only new user on MacBook, and turned on file sharing, SMB, and windows on. everytime I want to create the share on infuse tvOS, it gives me the error message that the username password don’t match. the only way the share works is if I use the macbook admin username and password. if I use the newly created username nothing works… any ideas?? I’ve done that many times before and always worked
It’s sounds like you got most of the switches set correct but maybe run through the Enabling File Sharing – Firecore Support guide and double check you didn’t miss one of the little settings.
