Something which has been thought of and demonstrated a lot with smart TV type interfaces over the years has been something like a user generated timecode anchored meta data overlay.
Given that Infuse is so popular (and rightly so because its awesome), perhaps its in a unique position to potentially create this meta layer over content allowing users in the mobile app to add links and text content to particular parts of an IMDB title, much the same way a subtitle is available at a particular timecode.
Kind of like Directors Commentary but from Fans. This might be something which is particularly of interest to people who like to re-watch content a second time for a deeper viewing, or just watch certain content along with others.
I understand that user generated content brings a world of pain in terms of privacy and censorship but perhaps theres a middle ground here by adopting some kind of syncing or deep linking into an existing chat platform?
