If I buy aTV Flash (black) today which is version “X” & tomorrow you come up with Version “X2” wil lI get the update free or do I have to buy again?

It depends on whether you have active support at the time. You get 1 year (I think) support (and thus upgrades) with the base purchase, and you can optionally pay for additional years.
