cause i want to use EyeTV 3.04, i need 10.4.11. Is it possible to update the System?
The AppleTV has a custom OS X on it. The only thing I can think of that you can try is running the Smart Installer after transferring the Mac OS X 10.4.11 Combo Update for Intel onto the AppleTV. I’m not going to promise it will work, mainly because the AppleTV has a custom build of OS X and you can not run the update like you would on a Mac. The Smart Installer only installs specific items for USB, etc. Sorry for the bad news, but you could try using an older version of the EyeTV software.
