TvOS 13.4 Freezing during playback (6.3.3)

Hi

I’m getting constant freezing during Plex 1.19.1.2645 playback since updating to TVos 13.4. If I restart playback and / or restart the app the freezing occurs again a few seconds later. The only workaround is to restart the Apple TV but the freezing returns after a day or so. Affects both my Apple TV 4 and 4K 64gb. Apple TV 4K is wired and gets 700 Mbps on the Plex share speed test. I’m playing 1080p and 4K remux content.

Happy to do a wireshark. I see netflows stop a few seconds before the freezing and the buffer bar not filling up at all when the issue occurs.

Big thanks to the firecore for figuring out the fix. This issue is caused by the March 2020 cumulative update for windows server 2019 on the Plex server. I rolled back to the the Feb 2020 build to workaround the issue.
