Tvdb metadata search : Spécial characters that must not be used in filename

Hello ATV2 Infuse users,

I try to get the metadata for videofiles of a tvshow named ‘il était une fois… l’homme’ (a french one). I sucessfully get metadata for other videofiles (french tvshows too) but It really doesn’t work with the videofiles of this tvshow even if this tvshow can be found on tvdb.

I tried different names as :

  1. ‘Il était une fois… l’homme S01E01 - truc’
  2. ‘Il était une fois l’homme S01E01 - truc’
  3. ‘Il était une fois l homme S01E01 - truc’
    None of them is working
    What I done wrong ?
    Are there spécial characters that must not be used ?
    (I heard in other threads that '-´ is one of them)

Could you please help ?

I found the answer by myself. I use ‘Il etait une fois l’homme S01E01 - truc’ and … it works !!

The issue cames from the ‘é’ and the ‘…’.
