I don't know if this has been asked but is it possible to add custom metadata to the videos, like mkv, m4v in XMBC.
When I am in the TV Shows library, I see the TV shows that are stored on an external drive with fan art for that show. But it either lists no episodes for that TV show or it displays the same episode title for all of the episodes. If I can add custom metadata would this solve the problem of me not being able to see episodes for a TV show while I am in Library mode.
Are there other ways I can do, like proper naming schemes for the filename of the episodes to help the scrapper find details about the episodes so that they show up within the TV show while I am in Library mode.
