Issue still persists when trying to exit out of play back on iOS and iPadOS when trying to touch the “X” button top left it takes multiple attempts to get success.
Most of the time while trying to hit the button just makes the OSD disappear/reappear, this is extremely annoying/frustrating. This mainly happens when playback is first initiated.

Like while it is still loading a video?
No, while actively playing the video within the first 20-30seconds, so let’s say you click a movie or show to play and your like “nope that’s the wrong thing to play by mistake” while trying to back out you have to repeatedly try to hit the “x” for it to cancel out of play back, also to note infuse will also make the file as play progress if it’s also under 1 min of play time. Emby player will not count playtime if under 1min or last 1 min of play.
I’m seeing this too, I mentioned it in the 8.0 beta thread. For me it can happen anytime, not just when I’ve first started playing a video - the button is sometimes a lot more difficult to press.

This problem has been solved for me with the 8.0.5 update released today. Although it sounds like we might be experiencing different issues?
Issues is still present in 8.0.5(5028).
More of less it happens at the initial start of the video, and also intermittent during playback doesn’t matter timestamp, this is on their roadmap to fix.
