Over the last couple of months or so, I’m frequently getting an error when trying to add a rating to my films. Each time I try to leave a star rating, I get an error that says, “Number of Trakt users limit exceeded” (or something to that effect). It’s happening too often now
Are you the only user? How many devices are you signed in to?
I’m only ever sighed into one device that’ has Infuse online at any time
Are you using a VPN or anything like that? If so, perhaps Trakt is seeing a lot of traffic from your IP address, and is limiting things as a result.
Also, there have been a few other cases where a specific account has been limited, and the only way to find out about this (and resolve it) is to contact Trakt support.
