Add me to the list. I created a support ticket but there’s been no response yet.
I’m using only an SMB share and have logged out and back in to Trakt, even tried revoking access and wiping iCloud data but all my movies are marked as unwatched in Infuse. When I check status in Trakt, they’re still marked as watched like they should be.
Scrobbling still seems to work like normal though.
Trakt watched history is not pulling down into Infuse. Only my ~100 most recent watches show as watched. Everything older shows as unwatched, even though my full history is intact on Trakt.tv (~60.9k items).
Outbound sync works fine: things I watch in Infuse still scrobble to Trakt correctly. It’s only the inbound pull from Trakt that’s broken.
My setup:
Infuse Pro, 2-way Trakt sync, Trakt VIP active
Library is a Google Drive cloud source (direct, not a media server)
What I already tried, none of it fixed it:
Signed out of Trakt in Infuse & signed back in
Revoked Infuse in my Trakt account & reauthorized
Re-indexed the library & reconnected the source
This looks like the recent Trakt API pagination change: unpaginated history requests now return only page 1 (~100 items). If Infuse isn’t paging through the rest, that explains why only my newest ~100 pull down.
@james Posted on trakt’s support forums as well, and they answered, as follows, confirming the suspicions here:
Likely related to the recent Trakt API change that returns paginated results. The data is there, the app just needs to grab each page of data to obtain your full watched history.
My history is syncing properly again I think because the Trakt Emby plugin was updated to 3.8.4 overnight. From a quick perusal of my library in Infuse everything looks in order.
Same for me. It gets sent correctly to Trakt and displays correct in other apps who have already adapted to the change. Infuse wont pull anything from trakt, since the change was implemented
