I’ve been getting the errror, “Trailers are unavailable. Please try again,” very often recently. I’ve also been getting one that just says there is no trailer, when previously it had worked. Is there a fix I could try on my end for this?
Does it give you the trailer later on after waiting a bit? With cloudflare having major issues recently it seems like many sites are still shaky at best.

This problem is actually still ongoing for me. Are we still blaming Cloudfare, or is it safe to assume something else is going on at this point?
I either get “No trailers available for…” or I get a list of trailers. Are you still getting the “Trailers are unavailable, Please try again” error message?
I am still getting the try again later error. Some of these are on titles for which I know for certain that trailers have previously been available

I have this problem too, i m getting the no trailer available for many movies ; globaly only French ones.
I went to TMDB to verify if the movie trailer was correctly inserted and it is. I tried the link provided in the movie video section and it works so the trailer is correctly populated. But even with that the trailer is not found in my infuse movie detail.
I remember several months ago, the trailers were OK and searchable in the trailer button of infuse
It is not region lock from youtube as it plays correctly on my computer
Is anyone here having this problem ?

“Trailers are unavailable. Please try again,”
Or
“No trailers available for…”
If the first it’s most likely a network issue, and the second one means there’s not currently one available for that movie.
The trailers don’t come from TMDB.
It says « Bande annonce introuvable » (Trailer not found) but i can confirm that they are available in youtube and the same link is on the movie détail in tmdb so they exists
i can imagine that some are really not available but not all the french movies of my collection. As i said several months ago they were available and all trailers were ok but now none of them works (only french movies).
Why all the other languages are ok then ? are the trailers directly searched in youtube ? if so i think something went wrong in the search tags provided to youtube
It’s not big deal it’s only trailers but i like when i understand why it’s not working

issue is real and hope it gets fixed soon can you just have a fall back and have it open to YouTube or Apple TV app right now I just hold the Siri and say play trailer for name of movie and watch it that way but this bugs me that it works on other 3rd party apps and not infuse. @james this is on iPhone, iPad, apple tv, and Mac I am a pro user and thought this is one of the advantages of having pro but it does not help when it does not work.

I just tried playing a trailer for Wicked and it worked. So it may have been temporary or title specific. Infuse uses a custom provider for trailers and does not use YouTube, IMDb, or TMDb. So most likely it is just that the provider does not have a trailer for that video.
