I think I found a minor bug in Infuse. I am using the newest version for the newest AppleTV. I have the following three versions of the same movie. The movie files are stores on a network drive in separate folder. The movie files have unique file names:
Folder: The Last of the Mohicans (1992) (Director’s Definitive Cut)
Filename: The Last of the Mohicans (1992) {tmdb-9361} {edition-Director’s Definitive Cut}.iso
Folder: The Last of the Mohicans (1992) (Director’s Extended Cut)
Filename: The Last of the Mohicans (1992) {tmdb-9361} {edition-Director’s Extended Cut}.iso
Folder: The Last of the Mohicans (1992) (Theatrical Version)
Filename: The Last of the Mohicans (1992) {tmdb-9361} {edition-Theatrical Version}.iso
When I start playback and then stop playback of one these files, the progress of how far the movie has been played is stored for all versions of the movie. So lets say I play back 5 minutes of one version. I I then go to another version, it remembers the same 5 minutes. This is not a good way to do this, as these three versions of the movies should be handled as separate enteties/movies. Having started one version doesn’t mean you want to continue watching another version. Also, they do not have the same runtime so that is also an issue.
