字幕编码必须是utf-8 with BOM才能正常显示。utf-8不带开头的BOM标识位，应用无法自动识别编码。

Subtitle encoding must be utf-8 with BOM to display normally. utf-8 does not have the BOM identifier at the beginning, and the application cannot automatically identify the encoding.
Thank you for your reply. emm… but mkvtoolnix does not have the option of bom, only utf-8, and other players can normally load the subtitles extracted by mkvtoolnix, so is there any other way?

Open the subtitle file in Notepad and save it as… Select “UTF-8 with BOM” in the encoding drop-down box.

Maybe what you said is indeed a solution, but I used other players to test that the subtitle can be loaded and played normally. I think infuse should also be able to fix this problem.
