Syncing speed in Emby/Jellyfin/Plex direct mode

In Emby/Jellyfin, you often need to hit the refresh arrow to display new content (shows/movies) or to update if something is watched on the server. The official Emby app on TVOS, the items will update seconds after they’re changed on the server. For example, I was toggling a TV show season as watched and unwatched on the server in a web browser and within seconds the show would update the status on the TVOS Emby app. Is this something that can be done in Infuse?

I haven’t used Plex at all, but I assume it’s the same issue there.

@james maybe you can shed some light on how direct mode syncing/polling works? Does Infuse sync after a set time or during specific events?
