Sync icloud very very long

hello , I’m contacting you because it’s been several months that icloud backups are very very long (20-30min) sometimes see the backup is so long, it is displayed as a failure.

I don’t understand what the problem is.

moreover, none of my devices have the same backup date, is this normal?

example:

apple tv 4k: 07/27/2023

iPhone: 07/19/2023

iPad:
07/22/2023

Why are backups not syncing?

Yes, that’s normal. That is the date that Infuse on that particular device last synced with iCloud. It only syncs when the app is active. If you launched Infuse on all devices on the same day and allowed it to complete an iCloud sync the dates would be the same.

Precisely, when I add content from dropbox at the same time on it’s different device, but the iCloud sync is very long on some device and the date does not move. Is it really stable to launch all the devices at the same time?

Are you getting an error message saying your blocked? I’ve not seen that. Could you give a little more detail as to what you’re seeing?

I don’t see anything special except “synchronization with iCloud”

I’ve had a few times when it iCloud sync wasn’t working I’d restart the ATV and after that it seemed to work better. That may be worth a try.

Great! Was it the restart that helped? It seemed for me that the internet connection got flaky after some tvOS updates and would drag not only in Infuse but others.
