Hi guys,
I have a number of devices which I take out of my local network on a regular basis and these connect to my Jellyfin library via the external server address I’ve got set up for it. My other devices which are always on the local network connect via my NAS’ IP address.
For the sake of speed, it would be nice to have the devices that move be able to connect via IP when on the local network and when outside the network and the Jellyfin server can’t be found using the local network IP address have it fall back to the external server address.
Does this sound plausible?
