Support for Jellyfin subtitles format

Hi,
Subtitles that are automatically downloaded using Jellyfin´s Opensubtitles plugin, are formatted as Film.eng.srt

While infuse currently only recognizes Film-en.srt format

Would love to see that infuse can detect Jellyfin´s format.

Infuse, via Plex, works just fine for me with .en.srt and .eng.srt subtitles.

Yeah u can use the subtitles just fine in Infuse, but the naming is worng, instead saying just “English” for english subtitles, is shows, Film.eng.srt
