Successful JB? Everything seem working but "FC" logo still there despite rebooting..??

I had to downgrade firmware from 5.2 to 5.0.2 successfully, Installed XBMC (Frodo) and both keep showing the FC logo despite being rebooted.   I don’t have access to the maintenance screen that usually appears after a JB.

Any suggestions?

The Maintenance option does not appear after a jailbreak.  It appears when you install ATV Flash (which is done over the network using the ATV Flash installer).

Install into TV and the FC logo goes.
