Subtitle only displays after 1-2 sec after skip backward

when I play 4k x265 files with my Apple TV 4K infuse app in ass format and when skip backward the subtitle only displays on screen after 1-2 seconds

The video file is 4K x265 mkv with HDR Dolby Vision
The subtitle file is in ass format

I notice the subtitle problem not only appears on ass format, it also appears on srt format as well
can you notify James about this ?

I hope to see this fixed in version 8 including the unable to skip forward for 10s and subtitle only displaying after 1-2s after skip backward.

specially 4k video files with and without Dolby Vision are getting more popular and popular
