When the bordered outline is selected together with transparency, many fonts in subtitles are rendered incorrectly. It seems that depending on how the specific letter is drawn, borders are drawn inside the font, not just its outside.
It’s visible for most letters that have intersecting lines. Example letters e, a, A, B, N, Q.
I noticed that the issue also seems to affect icons on the Apple TV, I have a photo but the forum only allows me to attach a single image to my post.
I tested it on Apple TV and iPadOS, same issue.
