Bought the aTV flash 2 like three days ago and paid through PayPal and still have not received any link to download. Sent a bunch of emails and called firecore support but have not heard anything back. Customer service sucks…anyone here help???

Did you receive any kind of confirmation email from a few days ago? Do you have a ticket number I can lookup?
I purchased a aTV Flash on the 17th without registering so I never got the download link. I have tried to email and called numerous times with no response. I ended up registering and bought another aTV flash about an two hours ago. I would like to request a refund for the purchase made on the 17th for 29.95.Thanks.

Got it. I was able to pull up your first order and it seems there was a typo in the email address entered (@gmil instead of @gmail).
