Subscription Verification fail

I had my yearly subscription renew last week and on both my iPad and wife’s iphone (both signed in to my Apple ID for App Store) stopped working. When I opened infuse I got a noticed unable to verify my subscription. It said that infuse would remain active for another week. But as soon as I tried to play something it told me to upgrade. I was able to do a restore but thought my experience was less than desired.
