Subscription refunds

Hi, I and my family members had infuse 6 pro installed.Apple ID my family members were added to family sharing. I installed infuse 7 on my iPhone and my family members’ iPhone and bought a lifetime subscription. I received a payment email on my the apple id ( this is normal) and i received a payment email the apple id of one of my family members, where did I go wrong? And how do I get a refund for my family member’s purchase?

Infuse supports native Family Sharing for newer versions of iOS, as well as a fallback option which can be used on any version of iOS. More info can be found here.

Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t provide developers with a way to view purchase details or issue refunds. However, if you visit http://reportaproblem.apple.com you can get in touch with Apple to request a refund.
