Subscription issues

Paid for a yearly subscription to upgrade to pro and for a while now but I’m surprised I’m still being asked to pay to upgrade to pro which was what I paid for and up till now nothing has been done about it despite all my complains and I still can’t get a refund

What version of Infuse do you have the subscription to?

version 7.3.7

Are you using multiple Apple IDs on difference device?

Are you logged into different App Store countries on different devices?

How many devices are you using? Which device(s) is Pro working on compared to the device(s) it’s not working on?
