Stuttering video file. Maybe due to 192kHz audio?

Hi,

I have a video file with two audio stream. first is a TrueHD 6 channels with 192kHz sample rate, 9517 kb/s. Second audio stream is trueHD as well but 48kHz sample rate and 1669kb/s.

If I play using the first audio stream, it stutters ever half a second or so. and it only stutters for a fraction of a seconds. this goes on for the whole movie.

If I play using the second audio stream, it plays absolutely fine.

The Apple TV only supports 48, so if that track works I would just stick with it. Not sure what it would try to do with higher sample rate.

Hmm, interesting.

I have a full copy of Akira from regular Blu-ray and last time I tried it the original 192 kHz Japanese track seemed to work just fine. I wonder if something changed with the UHD version.

Any chance you’d be willing to upload a short sample we could test here?
