Stuck and need help please with re-jailbreaking

Quick background,  I have 3 ATV2’s, iPad2 and iPhone4 all done and running XBMC, etc.  All were done UNTEATHERED and I saved my blobs with TinyUmbrella.  On one particular ATV2, it was running iOS 4.4.4 and XBMC Eden beta.  Had been running fine and had even been unplugged and rebooted several times without any problems,  This one has Nito on it so I decided to do the update for XBMC thru Nito which appeared to go fine.  I even had been in XBMC without issue.  Then at one point the ATV2 just locked up.  I tried restarting but just go blinking light.  Tried leaving it unplugged for a day then again but just blinking light.  Hooked up to iTunes and DID NOT do the restore but it saw the unit.  Still nothing.  So I tried to do the restore SeasonPass and selecting the 4.4.4 and it would go all the way thru until the iTunes part then errors.  I had Tiny 5.10.14 running with TSS server running.  That’s where I started to investigate and having trouble making sure where exactly my blobs are.  I know Tiny keeps them in the .shsh folder, but how do I tell which is for which ATV since I have 3 units?  When I plug in the ATV and start Tiny, I don’t get the unit showing up, but just get ? 1114129.  I know I saved the blobs before I did the update to 4.4.4 back when and I know it was a UNTEATHERED since I’m doing it from a PC and have no way to move the ATV without powering it off first.  So then I decided to make sure it wasn’t the ATV itself so I did the normal iTunes update to the new 5 which worked so I checked out the new interface and hate it by the way.  Now I get an error 11 when trying to use SeasonPass on the old 4.4.4 and have even tried from the wife’s iMac.

So I stuck and really would appreciate help.

You need the blobs for that iDevice to go back to 4.4.4

In Tiny Umbrella you will need to match the ECID with the shsh file for that unit.

With TB and ATV hooked up I believe if you click on the device in the list it will show you all the blobs saved for that iDevice. I usually use iFaith

so I am not 100% sure about TB

Well where to start. Unlike other iDevices TinyUmbrella cannot save the SHSH blobs without you manually creating the device in TinyUmbrella. For doing this you could use an apple called USBVIEW to get the ECID of the device which then you can backup your SHSH blobs for the Apple TVs. You do not neccessarily need to know which SHSH blob is for the device because when the TSS server is running it intercepts the request and serves up the correct response based on the device being requested.

Now with that said if you are trying to determine if you do have the blobs you are correct in that they are in the .shsh folder. Download USBVIEW and connect the device in DFU mode. Find the device’s ECID and use that to check in your cached SHSH blobs.

Did you purchase or run aTV Flash by any chance? If so it would backup your SHSH blobs to their server and the latest Seas0nPass would create it’s own TSS server on the fly to restore the 4.4.4 IPSW assuming it had the blobs available to do so.

No to the aTV Flash but have been seriously considering it but was waiting for it to get out of beta and an update or 2.  But no not yet.  When I plug in the ATV I get the

? ######### instead of it saying AppleTV like I remember it did.  Why is that?

When doing the usbview I see:

idVendor:           0x05AC (Apple Computer)
idProduct:          0x1281
bcdDevice:          0x0000
iManufacturer:        0x02
0x0409: “Apple Inc.”
iProduct:             0x03
0x0409: “Apple Mobile Device (Recovery Mode)”
iSerialNumber:        0x04
0x0409: “CPID:8930 CPRV:20 CPFM:03 SCEP:02 BDID:10 ECID:00000323610E7574 IBFL:03 SRNM:[C0KF46MMDDR5]”
bNumConfigurations:   0x01

So how to I translate the ECID to what Tiny has saved somewhere?  I not clear on this…
