ST Voyager showing original 3 episodes incorrectly

I have an issue with Star Trek Voyager season 1.

Specifically, S01E01 and E02 aired as 2 episodes but on DVD they’re joined into 1 episode.
This means the next episode (Parallax) is S01E02 if you go by DVD order and TMDB listing…

…but it’s S01E03 if you go by air order and Wikipaedia.

Problem is this, if I label as per TMDB like this:

S01E01 - Caretaker
S01E02 - Parallax
S01E03 - Time and Again
.
.
.
S01E14 - Jetrel
S01E15 - Learning Curve,

Infuse will incorrectly display this as
1 Caretaker, 2 Caretaker (2), 3 Time and Again …14 Jetrel, 15 Learning Curve

Notice that all the episodes are correct except E02 which Infuse displays as Caretaker (2) despite it actually being Parallax which is what TMDB also states it should be.

So I then tried labelling as per air date/Wikipaedia

S01E01-E02 - Caretaker
S01E03 - Parallax
S01E04 - Time and Again
.
.
.
S01E15 - Jetrel
S01E16 - Learning Curve,

but now what happens is Infuse displays them like this:
1 Caretaker, 3 Time and Again … 15 Learning Curve, 16 Star Trek Voyager.

Now everything is incorrectly labelled, e.g 15 Jetrel is labeeled as Learning Curve and Learning Curve is called “Star Trek Voyager”.
Not only that, but Parallax still won’t show up.

So I have reverted back to the TMDB ordering as that is what matches most of the episodes but I’m still missing E02 - it will keep displaying Parallax as “Caretaker (2)”.

I’ve got no idea how to fix this. Can anyone help?

(all other seasons/episodes also as per TMDB list order but they’re all displaying correctly)

FIXED

Not sure what the glitch was but refreshing the metadata, then closing the app and reopening (to force a refresh) appears to have worked - Parallax showing up correctly as S01E02 now

I just had the same thing. What happens is that when you originally added the series it had two episodes for the first one, then later someone corrected it at TMDB and it takes a refresh to go back and relook at what TMDB has so now it’s right after the refresh.
