Some videos play.. some don't

I’m using the free version of InFuse on my 4th gen AppleTV. I noticed that some of my movies will play and some won’t For example, I can play some of my .mkv files while other bring me to the upgrade screen.

Two questions:

  1. Any ideas why this could be happening?
  2. Will upgrading to the paid version allow me to play these?

Yup, they should play in the upgraded version. The reason being that in the free version you don’t get the ability to play content that requires a paid license like Dolby. (I believe this is one that requires firecore to pay a licensing fee)
