We’re working on additional improvements in this area for 7.8.4.

It also looks as though Apple is continuing to make changes related to fonts in the iOS 18.1 betas, so it’s possible one of their next updates will resolve the core issue.

Yes, the same would apply to tvOS, macOS, and visionOS as well.
