With the Infuse 8.4 update on iOS, the Skip Intros feature that I was using with Jellyfin was disabled by default. Just wondering why this was the case?
For me it’s simple to turn on, but I have other people using my instance with Infuse and I need to tell them to re-enable this feature themselves.
The default setting for ‘Skip Intros & Credits’ should actually be ON. That is what happens with a fresh installation, but depending on what you had this set to previously I suppose this may vary as some previous settings were removed/replaced.
Chiming in with a datapoint that this setting was automatically set to OFF for me after updating as well. This was on tvOS 26.3 when I updated to 8.4. I have never used intro/credit skipping before as I only use an external WebDAV source, so no prior settings should have caused this to be off by default.

Just an update as the rest of my devices got on 8.4 - iPadOS and tvOS were affected by this too.
This has been resolved in today’s 8.4.1 update.
