Silverlight with Couch Surfer

Hi, I'm trying to get Silverlight working with Couch Surfer.  So far no success.  Here is what I did so far:

1)  ssh'd into atv as user frontrow

2)  sudo mount -uw /

3)  mkdir Downloads

4)  cd Downloads

5)  hdid

6)  pax -r -z -f /mnt/Scratch/Volumes/Silverlight/Silverlight.pkg/Contents/Archive.pax.gz

7)  sudo mv Library/Internet\ Plug-Ins/Silverlight.plugin/ /Library/Internet\ Plug-Ins/Silverlight.plugin

8)  sudo chown -R root:wheel /Library/Internet\ Plug-Ins/

9)  sudo chmod -R 755 /Library/Internet\ Plug-Ins/

10) sudo mount -ur /

11) exit

12) scp'd the TTF fonts from my Mac to the atv as follows:

/Library/Fonts/Arial Black.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Arial Bold Italic.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Arial Bold.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Arial Italic.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Comic Sans MS Bold.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Comic Sans MS.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Courier New Bold Italic.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Courier New Bold.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Courier New Italic.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Courier New.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Georgia Bold Italic.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Georgia Bold.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Georgia Italic.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Trebuchet MS Bold Italic.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Trebuchet MS Bold.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Trebuchet MS Italic.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Trebuchet MS.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Verdana Bold Italic.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Verdana Bold.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Verdana Italic.ttf

/Library/Fonts/Microsoft/Lucida Sans Unicode.ttf

I should point out that the version of Silverlight I used was 3.  When that failed I tried 4 which also failed.  And by failed I mean I used Couch Surfer to go to a page ( and saw the "install silverlight" graphic rather than a video player.  Oh, and I turned the atv off and on of course.

It would seem to me that Couch Surfer is not "looking" in /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/ for its plugins.  Can it even handle plugins?    Anyone have success with silverlight?

Unfortunately Silverlight is not supported in Couch Surfer.

There is limited support for Silverlight (and Adobe Flash) when using Firefox, but honestly the end result is choppy video which is decidedly unwatchable for most people.
