No new icons?
I’m kind of getting rid of my currently used ones (and I don’t really the other ones in this dropbox).
I have three favorites: Movies, TV Shows and Documentaries.
Can everybody make some new ones lol.
I am a technician, so I am not creative enough to do it myself…

Visited this thread and found it so very useful in setting up custom icons for my top level folders. I thought for a moment that the same thing could be applied to subfolders - but sadly no it doesn’t work…unless someone out there has a way to do it?
You could add artworks into the folder on the share itself. You have to rename it to “folder.jpg” (or “folder.png”) to get Infuse to recognize it.

I reviewed the above material and leveraged the latest “Overriding Artwork and Metadata” guidance on the support page and I am still unable to change the default favorites artwork.
My setup is a network shared Plex Server. I placed favorite-atv.png file in each of my media folders. When I long-press on self-select Plex favorites and select ‘Select Favorite Artwork’ I cannot find the .png file. It shows my network shared Plex server structure and I can navigate through all shared folders but it still won’t show the .png file. I can see my video media files but no artwork files.
Thoughts?

Oh, man … bummed you changed your mind about the share. Was really looking forward to seeing some sort of explanation for the doggo incorporated into all those photos! “Awfully specific” — yeah, you don’t say!

You can get the Photoshop and Gimp files here and can edit the colors as you like.
I’m having this same problem. Plex server, running with library mode disabled. Added the images and named them favorite-atv.png but they aren’t automatically applied. When I try to select them manually, it doesn’t show any image in the folder. I’ve tried renaming them to folder.png as well, but that doesn’t work either.
Any tips?
Edit: I see in this post it’s not possible to change the artwork if you’re using Plex. I’ll have to add a direct share.

Is there any way to do this on the iOS apps? I also want to hide the share from the favourites and only have the folder I selected, but that option only exists in the ATV app.
Looks to be on the radar for 8.4.4 for now
Now that I see it blown up I need to clean up the edges a bit more but I don’t see that on my 65" TV
